Maryland, and have made Court appearances in the communities of Martinsburg, Charles Town, Berkeley Springs, Romney, Keyser, Moorefield, Petersburg, Clarksburg, Fairmont, and Charleston in West Virginia; and have made Court appearances in the communities of Hagerstown, Cumberland, Frederick, Rockville, Westminster, Baltimore and Towson in Maryland.
